Campaign Management
Experience:
- Proven results with Google ads and LinkedIn campaign manager driving improvements in CPC and CPL
- Identifying gaps within our existing processes and communicating improvements needed
- Experience with converting both organic and paid traffic
- Experience with content marketing and copy-writing strategies as a lead generation strategy
- Knowledge of the latest landing page best practices
- Expert with conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Hubspot, or LinkedIn, and others
Digital Marketing Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
• Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Equivalent
• Additional and relevant certifications in Digital Marketing would be an advantage
• Google Certification

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
