Role: Sales Specialist
Job Type: Remote/ Hybrid
Profile responsibilities:
• Online bidding on Upwork, Elance, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
• Generating new business for a wide range of
Phykon’s services.
• Creating business proposals, presentations,
slides, and other documents as required.
• Using social media to generate sales leads.
• Analyze business client challenges, identify
problems and propose solutions for same.
• Lead generation through online portals
• Lead Qualification
Requirements:
• Must have 1-3 years of work experience in generating
business in the international market in any English speaking countries
• Experience in generating
leads as an Online Bidder
• Experience with calling, negotiation, follow-ups, and liaising with the Operations team.
• Experience in online bidding through different portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Hands-on experience in quality lead generation for IT-enabled
services, Customer Support, Customised Application Development, and Digital
Marketing.
• Well-versed in email communications, report preparation, drafting proposals, etc.
• Clear client communication – confident and articulate speaker,
keen listener
• Demonstration/presentation on video calls
• Fluent English
• Ability to handle the pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines.
• Maintain top-order client relations in all situations
• Good
knowledge of the Customer support industry is preferable.
