Job Description

To be a part of an energetic and enthusiastic team providing a high level of Technical and Customer support through telephone, electronic email, and texts to customers and associated services. Resolving customer issues by remote access. Report and log all customers’ issues into the customer relationship management database. Promote Sales of technology equipment and devices. Provide Excellent Customer experience and help Brand promotion.

Job Roles

·       Respond to customer requests over telephone email and Website chats.

·       Maintaining excellent levels of Quality, quantity, and Customer satisfaction scores

·       Escalate situations in an appropriate manner and coordinate with supervisors toward resolution.

·       Meet Productivity, Quality, and sales targets consistently.

Must Have

·       Any Degree/ Diploma.

·       A neutral accent in English

·       Excellent in Verbal and Written Skills in English

·       Willingness to work in any shifts in a 24/7 environment.

·       Computer / Laptop with Headset & Broadband /Fibernet internet feasibility.

Good To Have

·       Working knowledge of LAN / WAN /Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Issues.

·       Networking Certifications
